This Privacy Policy explains how Galexivo ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our services, including galexivo.com and any Galexivo-powered gallery website.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

When you create a Galexivo account, we collect your name, email address, gallery name, and country. If you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment information is processed by Stripe — we do not store your card details.

Information about your gallery's data

Your inventory, artworks, collector contacts, exhibition records, and other gallery data are stored in your own Cloudflare account, not in Galexivo's systems. We do not have access to this data unless you explicitly grant us temporary support access.

Usage information

We may collect aggregated, anonymised usage data — such as which features are used most frequently — to improve the product. This data does not include your gallery's inventory or collector information.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your Galexivo account
• To process subscription payments via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, invoices, security notices)
• To respond to your support requests
• To improve and develop the Galexivo platform

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Data sharing

We share your information only with:

• Cloudflare — infrastructure provider for the Galexivo platform and your gallery instance
• Stripe — payment processor for subscription billing
• Legal authorities, when required by law

4. Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your billing records for 7 years as required by law. Your gallery data, stored in your Cloudflare account, is subject to Cloudflare's retention policies and remains under your control.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@galexivo.com.

For rights related to data stored in your gallery instance (collector information, inventory, etc.), you control that data directly — it is in your Cloudflare account.

6. Cookies

The Galexivo marketing site (galexivo.com) uses no tracking cookies. The admin application uses a session cookie for authentication. Your public gallery site, if you use Galexivo's analytics integration, may use a first-party analytics cookie — this is configurable in your settings.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email and by posting the updated policy at galexivo.com/privacy with a revised "last updated" date.
